ICT and innovation, these are topics that have always accompanied me. I love analyzing problems, comparing options, optimizing existing ones, researching new technologies, understanding them and using them profitably. Finding solutions to problems is what fascinates me as an engineer. The elaboration of strategies, the definition of new processes and the design of new services to increase efficiency are what inspire me as a business economist. Furthermore, it motivates me to pass on my know-how and experience to companies and teams and to support them to grow beyond themselves. My motivation is to support companies in change processes and to create new things with them.

For 17 years, first as a senior engineer and then for 10 years as a senior manager, I was able to gain an enormous amount of valuable experience in the telecommunications industry in the mobile network division of Sunrise Communications AG. How new technologies are introduced and used to satisfy customer needs and offer new services. How networks are designed, built, optimized and operated to deliver an impeccable user experience to customers. I have always been inspired by being a coach and sparring partner to my team members and empowering them to perform at their best.
