Design thinking workshop, knowledge transfer, better user understanding, user-centric offerings

Service offer: Design Thinking Workshops

Method and process

Design Thinking is a method used to develop solutions to complex problems with multiple stakeholders in a structured process. In a workshop format, in small groups of 5-7 people, we first analyze the problem and create a common understanding of it. Then, through interviews, we try to better understand the users' point of view. The collected and aggregated information then forms the starting point for the creative phase in the process, where the goal is to seek as many ideas as possible for solving the problem.

The most promising idea - there can be several - is then made more tangible in one or more prototypes. In the following testing, the prototype is presented to real users and feedback is gathered from them. In various iterations, the solution is optimized, modified or even discarded. The intensive and creative work in the team results in a sharpened, deeper understanding of user needs within a few days and often also completely new solutions to the problem, which were not even remotely thought of before the workshop.

Impact on corporate culture

Design thinking is more than just a process, however. Even more important is the "change of mindset" that takes place in the company through the use of Design Thinking. The users are brought into focus. Experimental learning, the so-called "fail early, fail cheap, learn fast" is encouraged and agility in the product development process is promoted. The collaboration in heterogeneous teams, by members with different expertise and points of view, not only bring better and more mature results to light, but also pay into a corporate culture that is focused on innovation.

As a Design Thinking Coach, I would be happy to help your team to recognize its full potential and to use it to find solutions for your specific problem. With the belief in improving the status quo and achieving the set goals, not infrequently through radical change, you create the foundation for new, innovative products, services or business models for your company.

Services: Conducting design thinking workshops in small groups, knowledge transfer, better user understanding, developing innovative offerings in a team, "change of mindset".

This is what my customers say

"The cooperation with swintelligence and its crowderland platform enabled us to survey a large group of users in an extremely short time. The cooperation enables companies to quickly obtain relevant information on markets, products, brands, innovations or packaging." Lorenz Eymann, CEO, Translingua AG Market research survey for the Translingua translation agency "Even in the tender phase, swintelligence offered us an exciting proposal with regard to the content and concept. In the meetings that followed, swintelligence convinced us of the high credibility and representativity of the survey. To the Case Study "Various excellent, creative and feasible ideas came together that we hadn't thought of ourselves. "Swintelligence has impressively shown how to approach and carry out a project of this kind so that the results match the expectations. It was thanks to swintelligence that we were able to carry out a project like this in the first place, as we lack the know-how and resources to purchase this type of software and carry out the project alone. "I highly recommend the services offered by swintelligence." Generate new ideas for Baumann Optik together with users Thomas Baumann, Optometrist SBAO, owner and CEO of Baumann Optik in Winterthur, Switzerland To the Case Study "After the input phase, we discovered many interesting suggestions that we are quite happy about.
